Q: Is ShangGuo Technology a battery manufacturer?
A: Yes. Shenzhen ShangGuo Technology Co., Ltd. provides custom battery pack design and manufacturing for global applications. We support OEM and ODM projects from battery design and prototype development to mass production.
Q: What types of batteries does ShangGuo manufacture?
A: We mainly provide rechargeable lithium battery solutions, including Lithium-Ion and Lithium-Polymer battery packs. We can also develop LiFePO4 and Ni-MH battery solutions according to specific project requirements.
Q: What applications can your batteries be used for?

Q: What battery parameters can be customized?
A: We can customize key battery parameters according to your device, including voltage, capacity, battery size, shape, cell configuration, connector, wire or cable, BMS, housing, label, logo and packaging.
Q: Can you customize the battery size and shape?
A: Yes. Battery dimensions and structure can be designed around the available space inside your device. Depending on the application, we can work with cylindrical, prismatic, pouch and other customized battery pack structures.
Q: Can you customize the connector and cable?
A: Yes. We can customize connectors, terminals, wire length, cable configuration and related connection requirements based on your device structure and electrical requirements.
Q: Can you customize the BMS?
A: Yes. BMS configuration can be designed according to the battery chemistry, voltage, current requirements and device application. Depending on the project, protection functions may include overcharge, over-discharge, over-current and short-circuit protection.
Q: Can you customize the battery housing, label and logo?
A: Yes. Depending on the project, customization can include battery housing, mounting structure, label, logo and packaging. Mechanical requirements can also be reviewed during the battery design process.

Q: What is the difference between OEM and ODM battery service?
A: OEM service focuses on manufacturing a battery according to your existing specifications, drawings or requirements. ODM service can involve greater participation in battery structure, electrical design and solution development. We support both approaches depending on the project.
Q: Can you develop a battery based on our existing battery sample?
A: Yes. An existing battery sample, technical drawing or device information can help our engineering team understand the required dimensions, electrical specifications, connector and structure. We can then evaluate a customized battery solution for your project.
Q: Do you provide battery samples before mass production?
A: Yes. Prototype and sample development are available for custom battery projects. Sample development allows specifications, dimensions, connectors and other requirements to be evaluated before mass production.
Q: What information do you need for a custom battery inquiry?
A: The more technical information you can provide, the more accurately we can evaluate the project. Useful information includes battery voltage, capacity, dimensions, connector type, operating current, charging requirements, device model, application and expected quantity. Photos, drawings or an existing battery sample are also helpful.
Q: Can you support mass production after sample approval?

Q: Can you ship lithium batteries internationally?
